The location

The district Oder-Spree and also the community Grünheide border directly on the southeastern city limits of Berlin-Köpenick. An excellent infrastructure makes it possible to reach various desired destinations in a timely manner. Tesla supports the community of Grünheide in the construction of a new train station!

Berlin can be reached with the Regionalexpress 1 thus every 15 minutes within only 20 minutes and the city Frankfurt (Oder) within 30 minutes. The highway runs around Berlin in the direction of Hamburg/Prenzlau as well as Leipzig/Frankfurt (Oder) and is directly connected with an exit.

The travel time by car to the city center of Berlin is about 35 minutes.

Grünheide was awarded by the state government as „family and child friendly“ and thus offers a perfect environment for young and old.

Grünheide offers a well-balanced educational structure with elementary and secondary schools as well as after-school care and day care centers.
